Adam Riffe has over 16 years of healthcare experience focusing on closely held physician owned groups and businesses. Mr. Riffe has developed and managed multiple surgery centers on the west coast that have gone from his initial business plan to successful operational results to strategic acquisitions by large healthcare companies. In addition, Mr. Riffe has been sought out by physician owners of surgery centers to assist with re-syndication, implement cost saving strategies, and improve operational results. In addition, Mr. Riffe oversees the centers Human Resources, Billing, Collection, Third Party Payor and Vendor Contracts and Risk Management Departments.
Prior to joining Bloom, Mr. Riffe was a practicing CPA for a Southern California CPA Firm. He consulted clients on tax planning, financial reporting and business planning.
Mr. Riffe received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Chapman University’s George Argyos School of Business and a Master’s of Business Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Riffe played varsity tennis on the Chapman NCAA Division III Team and served five years on the University’s Board of Trustees.
