Bloom Advises Pinnacle ENT Associates in Creation of New ENT Platform

The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), the leading healthcare services focused investment bank, is pleased to announce that its client, Pinnacle ENT Associates (“PENTA”), has partnered with Zenyth Partners to form a new ENT-based Management Services Organization (“MSO”)* platform in Pennsylvania.

Established in 2005, PENTA’s team of doctors, surgeons, audiologists, speech pathologists and physician assistants specialize in treating a wide range of ear, nose and throat issues in both adults and children in its 15 locations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Bloom served as the exclusive transaction advisor to PENTA in its evaluation, negotiation, and execution of this transaction.
