The Bloom Organization Facilitates Sale of New York Surgery Center to Northwell Health

The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”) is pleased to announce that its client, South Shore Ambulatory Surgery Center (“South Shore ASC”) has been acquired by Northwell Health on September 23, 2021.
South Shore ASC is located in Lynbrook, New York, in Long Island’s Nassau County. The multispecialty center is primarily staffed by physicians from the Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group, Long Island’s leading orthopedic practice with nine offices in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The 22,500 square foot center serves over 8,000 patients annually and consists of four (4) operating rooms and one (1) procedure room. The center’s physician utilizers specialize in a range of surgical services across specialties, including pain management, orthopedics, hand, foot & ankle, ophthalmology, total joint, GI, podiatry, spine, GYN, plastic surgery, and ENT.
