Zamantha Diaz

Ms. Diaz serves as Director of Accounting & Operations at The Bloom Organization, overseeing the firm’s accounting functions, financial reporting processes, and operational systems. She plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting the firm’s financial and administrative infrastructure.

Prior to joining Bloom, Ms. Diaz held leadership roles in accounting and revenue operations, most recently at Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., where she managed full-cycle accounting, supervised accounting teams, and supported the implementation of enterprise financial systems. Earlier in her career, she held operational and administrative positions across the security services, home improvement, and mortgage industries, gaining broad experience in accounts payable, office management, permitting, and loan processing.
