Jonathan Burke is an Associate at Bloom. He advises clients across a range of strategic and transactional matters, with a focus on financial statement analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Bloom, Jonathan spent five years at Alvarez & Marsal in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group, where he specialized in both buy-side and sell-side financial due-diligence engagements. His experience spans a variety of industries and includes due diligence and transaction support for middle-market private equity backed companies.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Binghamton University. He is based in Miami, Florida.
