Phillip Russo
VICE PRESIDENT
Phillip is a Vice President at The Bloom Organization. His focus is on financial statement analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Phillip has been with Bloom since 2014, during which time he has worked across a wide range of healthcare provider services subsectors. Over his long tenure with the firm, he has developed deep domain expertise across nearly every major physician specialty, including surgical specialties, primary care, post-acute services, and multi-site provider platforms. His work spans valuation, surgical data analytics, physician compensation modeling, and full-cycle transaction support for founder-owned and private equity–backed groups.
Prior to joining Bloom, Phillip worked at the University of Florida’s Clinical & Translational Science Institute, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative operations.
Phillip received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
