Shannon is a Vice President at The Bloom Organization, where she leads the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives across its Healthcare and Business Services verticals.
Prior to joining Bloom, Shannon managed business operations at The LegalTech Fund, a venture capital firm investing in the legal technology sector, where she worked closely with founders and stakeholders across fundraising, investor engagement, portfolio management, and strategic projects.
Previously, Shannon worked at Clearsight Advisors, a middle market investment bank, where she focused on expanding the firm’s financial sponsor coverage and supporting broader business development efforts.
Shannon began her career in investor relations and capital raising for firms investing in a variety of sectors.
Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is originally from the Washington, D.C. area. She currently resides in Miami with her two dogs.
