Tyler is a Vice President at The Bloom Organization, where he advises business owners through the sale and recapitalization of their companies, with experience across business services and healthcare.
Prior to joining the Bloom team, Tyler worked at PwC on the Deals Advisory team, where he advised on capital markets transactions across a wide variety of industries. Before PwC, he was part of the M&A team at an Audax-backed acquisition platform, one of the most active consolidators in its market. A licensed CPA, Tyler brings a strong background in financial statement analysis to every engagement, helping clients present their financials with clarity and credibility to prospective buyers.
Tyler received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Kean University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to Kean, he attended Cornell University, where he studied applied economics and management and competed as a member of the wrestling team.
