The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), a national investment bank focusing exclusively on founder and physician-owned organizations in the middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of David Rifkin to its team as Senior Vice President. The company remains committed to expanding its M&A advisory services to leading middle-market companies within healthcare services and beyond.

David will focus on transactions and strategic initiatives in the healthcare and business services verticals.  Prior to joining Bloom, David worked in the business services group at Moelis & Company, an investment bank based in New York, where he was involved in transactions exceeding $2 billion in enterprise value. His work included sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings.  David holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and a BS from New York University.
