The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), a national investment bank focusing exclusively on founder and physician-owned organizations in the middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of David Rifkin to its team as Senior Vice President. The company remains committed to expanding its M&A advisory services to leading middle-market companies within healthcare services and beyond.

David will focus on transactions and strategic initiatives in the healthcare and business services verticals.  Prior to joining Bloom, David worked in the business services group at Moelis & Company, an investment bank based in New York, where he was involved in transactions exceeding $2 billion in enterprise value. His work included sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings.  David holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and a BS from New York University.

“We are thrilled to have David join our team,” said Henry Bloom, founder of The Bloom Organization.  “His advisory experience both augments Bloom’s existing capabilities in healthcare as well as complements our strategy for expansion into new verticals.  We look forward to the future as our team continues to strengthen our client offering and deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients across the country.”

David Rifkin added, “I’m excited to be part of The Bloom Organization, a firm renowned for its exceptional advisory services and strategic insights. I look forward to working closely with our clients to deliver outstanding outcomes and foster growth across various sectors.”
