USPI Acquires Interest in Delray Beach’s Minimally Invasive SurgiCenter

The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”) is excited to report that its client, Minimally Invasive SurgiCenter (“MIS”) has entered into a joint venture (“JV”) with United Surgical Partners International (“USPI”), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare. MIS is located in Delray Beach, Florida, and joins USPI as they continue as the largest ambulatory surgical center platform in the country.
Principal physician owner, Dr. Moshe Hirth of Palm Beach Digestive Associates, opened the facility in 2020 in order to serve the patient population of Palm Beach County. MIS is an 11,000+ square foot state-of-the-art facility, spread over two floors with two operating rooms and three gastrointestinal procedure rooms. “The entire Bloom Organization were invaluable assets throughout this process, bringing their breadth of experience to the transaction and ensuring satisfaction to all parties. As for the USPI/Tenet team, it was a great pleasure working with them and we are very much looking forward to bringing our mutual vision for the Minimally Invasive SurgiCenter to life over the next few years.
