MIAMI – August 2025 – The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), a leading healthcare investment bank focused on M&A advisory, is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Lake City Surgery Center (“LCSC”) in its partnership with United Surgical Partners International (“USPI”), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC).

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Lake City, Florida, LCSC is a free-standing, multispecialty ambulatory surgery center with a 7,081 sq. ft. facility. The center was established by a group of local physicians to provide patients with a high-quality outpatient alternative to hospital-based surgery. LCSC offers a broad range of procedures, with particular focus on gastroenterology, plastic surgery, and hand surgery. The center is accredited by AAAHC and is a member of the American Health Care Association.

USPI is one of the nation’s leading ambulatory healthcare providers, serving approximately 2.5 million patients annually in collaboration with more than 9,000 physicians and over 50 prominent health system partners. A subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, USPI operates more than 270 surgical facilities, along with urgent care centers and imaging facilities across the country.

The Bloom Organization served as the exclusive financial advisor to Lake City Surgery Center and its shareholders. The transaction was led by Robert Goettling, and Phil Russo.
