Steven is a Managing Director at The Bloom Organization, where he leads the Miami office and focuses on all aspects of M&A transactions across founder-owned, physician-led, and sponsor-backed companies. He is involved in transactions and strategic initiatives across the firm’s healthcare and business services verticals.

Prior to joining Bloom, Steven worked at Ardent Investors, a private equity firm focused on acquiring and developing lower middle market businesses. Before Ardent, he was on H.I.G. Capital’s Advantage U.S. Buyout Fund, focusing on control investments in stable, growth-oriented companies and supporting portfolio companies through strategic operational initiatives. Prior to business school, Steven worked at Prince Capital Partners, a family investment office focused on private equity and multi-strategy fund investments. He started his career in corporate accounting and is a certified public accountant (CPA), previously licensed.

Steven holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Florida State University. He is passionate about philanthropic causes and serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee for the JAFCO Children’s Foundation. He is also active in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
