The Bloom Organization Facilitates Sale Of New York Endoscopy Center To Physicians Endoscopy

The Bloom Organization announces its client, Great South Bay Endoscopy (GSBE), has been acquired by Physicians Endoscopy (PE).
GSBE, located in East Patchogue, N.Y., on Long Island, opened in 2014. At the time of the acquisition, which was finalized in May 2017, the endoscopy center had five physician owners who performed more than 5,000 cases annually. GSBE offersa wide range of services in gastroenterology, hepatology and gastrointestinal endoscopy.
PE, which is headquartered in Jamison, Pa., and has a satellite office in New York, specializes in the development and management of freestanding endoscopy ambulatory surgery centers in partnership with physicians and hospitals.
PE announced it would provide GSBE with services focused on the center’s business and operational components.
