The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”) , a preeminent middle-market investment bank with over 30 years of experience advising founder-led and physician-owned businesses across the healthcare services sector, today announced that its clients, Camellia ENT, have partnered with Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) portfolio company Elevate ENT Partners (“Elevate”), a multi-state platform providing management resources and capital support to ear, nose, and throat (“ENT”) practices. The deal marks Bloom’s 4th closed transaction this year and 11th ENT & Allergy transaction since 2021.

Audax Private Equity is a leading middle-market private equity investor with a history of investments in the physician practice management sector.

Camellia ENT is a leading ENT practice in Lafayette, Louisiana. Led by Dr. David Foreman and Dr. James White, their team has built a reputation providing the highest quality care to patients in a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered environment.

“For some time now, we’ve been seeking the right partnership to help us expand our capabilities and continue delivering exceptional care to our patients. After an extensive diligence process, Elevate emerged as the clear choice,” said Dr. David Foreman, founding partner at Camellia ENT. “Their success in Texas and Florida speaks for itself, and their growth strategy for Louisiana aligns perfectly with our goals. Most importantly, their values closely reflect the principles our team has upheld for years.”

He continued, “Having Bloom as our advisor made a real difference. Their insight and support were invaluable throughout this process.”

Dr. James White, added, “Joining an organization with the infrastructure and resources to support our growth is incredibly energizing. It allows us to shift our focus back to what matters most—our patients. With less time spent on administrative responsibilities, we can dedicate more attention to delivering high-quality clinical care and expanding access across the community.”

The transaction was led by Graham Miller of The Bloom Organization.
