Today The Bloom Organization announced the sale of 100% ownership interest of a medical office building on the West coast of Florida.
As interest rates have remained low relative to historical levels, the value of commercial real estate has risen. Many physicians who own real estate have taken the opportunity to increase liquidity and reduce the amount of risk in their portfolio of investments.
