Bloom Advises Louisiana Ear, Nose, Throat & Sinus on Partnership with Elevate ENT Partners

The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), a premier middle-market sell-side advisor, today announced that its client, Louisiana Ear, Nose, Throat & Sinus, LLC (“LENTS”), has partnered with an Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) portfolio company, Elevate ENT Partners (“Elevate”). Elevate is a multi-state platform that provides management resources and capital support to ear, nose, and throat (“ENT”) practices. The partnership provides Elevate with a leading practice in Louisiana.
With 13 ENT physicians operating across offices in Baton Rouge, St. Francisville, Zachary, and Denham Springs, LENTS is one of the largest independent ENT providers in Louisiana. Through its new affiliation with Elevate, LENTS will serve as a platform for growth in the state. LENTS physicians are recognized throughout the state as top-quality clinicians and thought leaders.
Audax Private Equity is a leading middle-market private equity investor with a history of investments in the physician practice management sector.
