The Bloom Organization (“Bloom”), a national investment bank focusing exclusively on founder and physician-owned businesses in the healthcare services sector, today announced that its client, a regionally dominant ear, nose, and throat (“ENT”) practice, has entered into a strategic partnership. The deal marks Bloom’s 13th closed transaction this year.
